Liebster Blog Award

I was so graciously nominated for a Liebster Blog Award by this the adoptive mommy diaries lovely lady.

The Liebster Blog Award is for blogs that have less than 200 followers so that others can help spread the word about the blogs that they enjoy. I love this idea, it's so sweet for other bloggers to support each other and help folks with similar interests find one another. Wonderful.

The rules for this simple award are:

1. Show your appreciation to the blogger who nominated you by linking back to their blog.

2. Nominate five other blogs (200 followers or less) by posting a comment on their blogs.

3. Post the award on your blog.

4. Check out what the other up-and-coming blogs have to offer.

So, here are my nominees:

the adoptive mommy diaries

Semi-Feral Mama

Our Own Rooney

Couple Raises Child

Under the Acacia Tree

As you can tell, I really like adoption blogs. There is a sense of community I find on these pages when I've only really met two of the women in real life (and actually liked both of them!).

Hopefully none of them mind me sharing.

Going to try. It's so hard to not just sit in front of the tube or read a book once Babes is asleep. I think work is getting in the way of my blogging.

Congrats on the nomination! I just finished sobbing over the fact that you didn't nominate me!! I suppose our world views are tooo far apart - you wouldn't want me to infect them with my evil conservative views!!!

Dry those eyes, David. You'll notice they are all adoption blogs. You're one of my favorite evil conservatives.
