Belated Mindful Monday for the Mindfull-est of Mondays

I am disappointed in myself for missing a post on the day we in America celebrate the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and his legacy. Lots of things were buzzing through my head that day but mostly I was too busy preparing for a super big thing which I'll post about next week.
